Tips to Save Electricity
Use wattage from your appliance label.
Adjust duty cycles for appliances that switch on and off.
Use your own electricity rate.
Compare a shorter operating schedule.
How Your Result Is Calculated
From watts to dollars
Daily kWh = watts × scheduled hours × quantity × duty cycle ÷ 100,000. Monthly use multiplies daily use by the selected days. Annual use multiplies daily use by 365. Energy cost equals kWh × your editable electricity rate. Presets are illustrative; verify your equipment rating.
